Marine Salvage & Contaminated Diving Services

Need to recover something from the bottom of an ocean, lake or pond? We have you covered. Does your project require divers to brave murky or contaminated waters? We can handle that, too. Our specialists bring extensive experience and training to the job, readily accepting any challenge and capably seeing even the most formidable projects through to completion.

Removing underwater obstructions can be critical to the safety or effectiveness of your operations. And braving contaminated waters may be similarly necessary to those operations. Put simply, we go where many others can’t or won’t.

And as with our other construction, repair, maintenance, inspection and diving services, we will take on both coastal and inland salvage projects.

Here’s a closer look at our marine salvage and contaminated diving services:

Wreck removal

Shipwrecks or other maritime incidents may result in ships that are sunken and in need of retrieval. Whether the vessel is repairable or simply needs to be moved in order to clear a channel, our salvors rely on a wide variety of resources and diving expertise to remove the damaged vessel and/or parts thereof. Cargo and equipment removal

Sometimes the retrieval of cargo may be even more urgent or valuable than the recovery of a wrecked vessel itself. And many projects will require the removal of both a wrecked ship and the cargo contained therein. We are capable of handling both kinds of projects, responding to our clients’ priorities in timely and innovative fashion.

Debris removal

The aftermath of a maritime incident may be less about recovering valuable property and more about simply clearing the way for the resumption of business as usual. Even in the absence of a recent incident, underwater inspection often results in the discovery of a wide variety of debris from any number of sources. Whether the targeted material is large or small, we are ready for the job.

Concrete removal

The removal or modification of underwater structures often requires the demolition and removal of concrete. Using environmentally friendly and precise cutting techniques, we can remove large or small volumes of concrete. This is just one component of our wide range of concrete services that also include construction, forming, drilling and coring. We can handle virtually any underwater concrete need your project may have.

Contaminated diving

Large obstructions are not the only sources of underwater hazard or difficulty. Inspection, maintenance or repair projects often require divers to enter contaminated waters. Just a few examples of related projects include settling basins, treatment ponds, clarifiers, and chemical or waste water tanks. We are prepared to handle these kinds of jobs at power plants, chemical plants, sewage plants, nuclear plants and a number of other industrial or public facilities.
